32 oz Crowler was poured into a hotel glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a pale yellow color with great clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Frothy lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Belgian banana yeast, herbal, spicy, vanilla, green apple, bready, and pale malts.
Taste: Same as above. Some light bitterness and chewy notes in the rear.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, crisp, refreshing, light bitterness, a little chewy, and medium carbonation.
Overall: Will have to admit that the crowler was cool to get filled up last night. Definitely stop by if you are in the area.
