Brewed on a whim using plenty of German “Munich” malts and three varieties of oats, this little experiment offers up a bold, silky mouthfeel and a rich creamy head. Bursting with orange flavor from the Palisade hops, this ale is like having your breakfast with Wilford Brimley on a crisp spring morning!

Growler into pint glass. Pours an opaque creamy amber-yellow with not much head. Initial impression is quite juicy grapefruit, orange, and mango, starting off sweet but progressing to a quite bitter finish. Mouthfeel is thick and fairly smooth. Interesting experiment, but they should stick to Lost and be done with it. Just my opinion.

Had on Nitro at the brewery. This was the small pour that I always get of a style I am not as fond of. I actually upped my scores based on how I would like the beer without the nitro.
