Now this is what I think of when I read the word Citra. Nice and tropical with a mellow grassy finish. When I look this beer up and down, it’s like Raul on Marilyn Monroe. Yeah, I’m into it. But is it a fav? Nah. Now don’t get me wrong, I’d definitely let Marylin pull my tug boat into the harbor. But would I prefer if Jane Greer did it instead? Yep.
This beer is quite awesome, actually. It’s just missing a baby ‘pop’ in the feel like Tiger Woods sinking a putt, or like Tiger Woods sinking a putt at his local brothel, ya feel me?

Had on tap at max's taphouse. This is a hazy double ipa that has a silky smooth mouth feel that coats the palette with citrus like a pulpy juice. Delicious!

T- Pineapple, sweet honey dew, tropical, citrus, citrus zest, dank.
M- Smooth, medium body.
O- A fantastic single hop galaxy DIPA, easy to drink, worth seeking out.

Brand-fresh can-release-today 16-oz can into pint glass. Pours a very cloudy yellowish-brown - not much to look at, but then you don't buy beer to look at it. Initial impression is citrus zest, grapefruit, and tropical fruits, ever so slightly sour, with just a bit of bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium; carbonation is perfect. Finish leaves a nice residual fruity bitterness. I stood in line for 2 hours for this stuff, but it was worth it.
