I added this beer being told that it was a highly hopped Kölsch. I might have put this in the Alt category or even an APA because of the Centennial hops.
Hazy gold color, a little dark for a Kölsch. Modest head but with good rings of lace.
The smell is mostly bittering hop with some pale raw malts in the background.
Yep, this tastes like a good APA but not like a Kölsch. Even the body runs too rich. It's good but not as described.
