Pours a cloudy and vibrant yellow color with two-and-a-half fingers of fast-dissipating white head. Zero lacing.
Sour aroma of vinegar, cream, white wine grapes and oak.
Tart and sour up front in the taste with a great sweet and juicy burst of white wine, grape skins, lemonade and cream.
Over-carbonated feel. Can't help but feel there was some unintended secondary fermentation.
The taste is great. The carbonation is too strong.

L - super-dense and cloud-like white head atop a translucent yellow body.
S - white wine, vinegar, brown sugar.
T - lots of acidic, sour grapes to start. Heavy lactose, vinegar, biscuit, cereal, a touch of citrus hops, a touch of tart fruit. No bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.
F - medium-light body with substantial carb.
O - Very close to a Jream in taste and feel. It’s got that Burley trademark biscuit/cereal taste that I find irresistable.
