Sour IPA brewed in collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal Ales. Dry hopped with Galaxy and Mosaic. Conditioned on mangoes and raspberries.

Served in a sour glass
This beer pours a deep amber color with burnt orange highlights and a slight haze. It is topped with several inches of tan head that disappears quickly leaving virtually no lacing.
The smell is loaded with raspberries and mangoes. It has quite a sour aroma too which I love.
The taste is intense. There is a metric shit ton of berry and mango flavor. It has a great sourness to cut the sweetness to make a sensory orgasm.
Medium bodied and syrupy.
If this beer doesn't awaken your tastebuds nothing will. It is very enjoyable.

Pours pink reddish color like pink grapefruit juice, with a 1 finger off white head that faded slowly and leaves minimal spotty lacing.
Smells of grapefruit, orange peel, mango, guava, citrus fruit, tart green apple, fruity candy, Razzles candy, biscuit and toasted grains. This hits all the right sour IPA notes.

This is tart, fruity, sour and tart with complexities that brings out peppery spices, tea leaf and chalky yeast. Really tasty with a different flavor set with each sip, this is beer geek heaven.
