"Soured with o lactobacillus and aged in white wine barrels for 8 months. Conditioned fruits of the barrel with the ever jammy Boysenberry for a true balance of tart and sweet."
Lots of boysenberry. Nicely tart a somewhat dry white winey finish. Somewhat low level of carbonation.
