Pours a pinkish orange with very low head.
Smell is tart with notes of cranberries, pear, pear juice and apple must.
Taste is tart and dry with a nice biscuity notes starting up. Notes of cranberries, pear and apple sauce follow. Crisp and refreshing, but not very deep.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, refreshing sour.
