32 ounce crowler poured into a Tulip.
Hazy and opaque, gold @ 6 SRM with an orange hue and topped with two fingers of long lasting creamy white foam. It smells like a fresh baked turnover. Pear and apple-like fruit aromas mix with spicy pie crust and a hint of Belgian yeast/banana. I get more pear in the taste than in the nose, tart pear and spicy pie crust. It opens semi- sweet turning more tart as it moves to a tangy short finish. Sour but not funky. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with lowish carbonation. It starts soft and drys to the finish. Tasty and fairly easy drinking though still a sipper to me.

Sweet and tart pear, hint of vanilla, and hint of cinnamon nose on this one! Taste follows with the sweet pear upfront and then a cinnamon vanilla crust tart vibe. This has nice depth to it, it just not as soft on the palate as I was expecting. Still good!
