6 oz mini-snifter draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille. Pours a light and mostly clear pinkish-purple with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature tart cherry, lime, and a bit of wheat. The cherry is really fresh and nice and is the real star. I liked this more than I expected.

A- The 16oz can pours into a goblet with a pretty pink-red body and a one finger foamy cap. The head dies down fairly quickly to almost nothing but a few small bubbles around the edges. No lacing on this one.
S- Lime, this brew does not hold back on the lime as lime rind aroma is just massive and you really get the essence of that fruit. Hints of cherry along with strong lactic sourness and some grainy hints.
T- The beer finds a bit more balance here. The lime is still the dominant factor giving flavor from the bitter and oily peel as well as sour lime juice flavor which compliments stronger notes of tart cherry on the palate quite well. Neither jelly or jam for me more like an amazing sour cherry lime popsicle. Strong citric and lactic acid sourness hits the palate hard in the finish. Hard to get much past those bold flavors but a hint of wheat and grains in the backdrop. Mostly strong fruit and sour.
MF- Light bodied and slick and sour, very sour by the time you get through most of it. Along with the barrage of acid is a high end carbonation and a puffy texture.
This beer gets super sour with time but the lime and cherry flavor suits that very nicely. Feel like they hit pretty much what they were going for. A bit less sour and a bit more texture/head is all I would ask for but in the end a nice low ABV sour option with bold, complimentary flavors.
