L -- TONS of in-can fermentation going on here. Despite being consistently refrigerated, this gushed like crazy after opening and produced an enormous, 4-finger light pink head upon pour. Very quickly subsided to nothing, over a hazy beet-red body
S -- Smells almost exactly like blueberry pie: blueberry, cinnamon, maple, pastry shell... a bit like those Hudson Valley SIPAs
T -- Largely follows the nose. There is a lot of fruit here with a moderate lacto/wheat tartness and almost no bitterness to speak of. For the ABV it is very flavorful. Not really getting any of the 'white chocolate cheesecake'....
F -- Medium- mouthfeel, and super over-carbonated. Even with many swirls of the glass it still billows up in my mouth at every sip
O -- First of these JREAM variants that have slowly trickling into Boston. I get why they fly off the shelves almost instantly, but good god they are gimmicky. Also they really need to work on ensuring fermentation stops post-canning
