On tap at Lures Bar & Grille. Looks like bright orange pureed carrots and flour, and the mouthfeel thick and floury as well. Aroma and flavor feature brown sugar, carrots, and a sour cream cheese flavor. Definitely nailed the flavor profile. Impressive.
