10 oz draft pour at Frisco Taphouse in Gambrills, MD. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium head. Aroma and flavor feature dank tropical fruit and sweet citrus. Some astringency. Mouthfeel is boozy and slightly cloying. Overall a decent (D)NEIPA but could have been much better.

Look: very hazy gold color. Big off white head, thick lacing that clings.
Smell: bright citrus, some malty backbone.
Taste: mostly dry, citrus not as pronounced as in the nose. Some malty sweetness and hint of bitter citrus in the finish.

Growler into pint glass. Pours a hazy deep gold with a frothy of-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is orange, mango, a touch of caramel, and a touch of pine. Mouthfeel is fairly thick, sticky, yet smooth. Finish is citrus fading to a slight bitterness. I'm happy to see Burley returning to its IPA roots, even if that's still a minority offering.
