Growler into pint glass. Pours a very hazy honey-gold color with a thick, blocky off-white head. Great lacing! Initial impression is creamy smooth pineapple, mango, and orange, with biscuit and some caramel sweetness. Alcohol is quite well hidden. Mouthfeel is soft and thick. Very smooth, considering the ABV. Finish is slightly sweet, encouraging the next sip. Overall, an excellent DIPA (TIPA? Whatever.) that reminds me of what Burley used to brew before they got off-track with all the JREAM silliness. Just excellent!

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a hazy auburn-gold topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises leek, grass, mild biscuit, orange pith, and pine sap. The taste holds notes of light caramel, light biscuit, mild blueberry must, vague stone fruits, pine sap, light sweet flowers, and a hint of grape must. The body is a lithe medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. A pretty nice TIPA, one that tastes better than it smells.
