16oz can. Stamped on can bottom is '06/02/2022 HAPPY SOURFEST'.
Body consistency of fruit puree, with the color of peach/rhubarb. Slight coating at the top and sides, no real lacing.
Aroma is multiple, with raspberry fruit, sugar, chocolate, and cinnamon. Similar to a cheese cake.
Taste follows the nose, with a touch of lemon sour. Raspberry, chocolate, and cinnamon. Very sweet. Trails off altogether in the aftertaste.
Kind of a thick mouth feel and in the throat swallow. Very slight carbonation.
Dessert sour, in the tradition of many other J.R.E.A.M. variations.
