In collaboration with our friends at Rise Up Coffee, we used their delicious Espresso coffee to create this sour ale with lactose also conditioned on raspberry, blackberry, and white chocolate.

Opaque berry appearance with a light pale dusty rose colored fizzy head. Big berry notes, chocolate is more of a marshmallow background effect. Full body, moderate carbonation, balance sweet and tart.
