J.R.E.A.M. - Raspberry, Passionfruit, Mango, Ice Cream

Pours an opaque, dark orange coloration with a small, bubbly head and plenty of tiny floaties Smell is dominated by the tropical mango and passion fruit aromas, with a hint of raspberry coming through as well. Taste is an excellent balance of sweet and acidic passion fruit and mango and slightly lighter, tart raspberry, with just a hint of vanilla as well. Finsihes with a light sweetness, light/medium sourness and some mango and raspberry lingering in the aftertaste. Thick mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

This certainly is the first beer I had with ice cream added, but it's a pretty awesome example of the style, actually, not feeling too sweet and with a good sourness and vibrant fruit notes that all stand on their own very well. The mouthfeel is not quite as thick as with some of the Smoothie Sours I've had, but still pretty thick nonetheless, while the overall balance really is very nice here. Compared to Drekker's Chonk, this is a bit less thick in mouthfeel, but also less sweet and little bit more fruity and sour, hard to make out a favorite between the two.
