Pours a hazy, golden amber coloration with a small, fizzy head and plenty of chunky floaters. Smells of light biscuity malt and notes of blood orange, dragon fruit and pineapple. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt and citrus and tropical fruit notes, with the pineapple clearly dominating here, but some blood orange and hints of dragonfruit coming through as well. Finishes with a medium sweetness and some pineapple and blood orange lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
After the last J.R.E.A.M. I had, this came as a bit of a disappointment, to be honest. Mainly because of the mouthfeel, with this completely lacking that slushie sour feel I expected. It's also less well balanced, feeling rather sweet, with the pineapple dominating a lot hereand the dragonfruit being barely noticeable, although the blood orange adds a nice, tangy, sour'ish note here that balances that sweetness out somewhat. Overall, this makes for a decent enjoyable enough fruited kettle sour that I had expected a lot more of after the last one I had from the series though.
