In collaboration with the hop and fruit Gods at New York Hop Guild, we brewed this IPA utilizing a wonderfully thiol forward yeast strain paired with their El Dorado Hop SAUCE and triple dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Vista, El Dorado, and Cascade 023 hop pellets.

Can dated 5/8/23 into pint glass. Pours a murky dark gold with a thin and brief off-white head. Thin lacing. Initial impression is tropical fruits, mango, and melon. Mouthfeel is fairly thick, fairly smooth, and sticky. Finish fades to a citric sweetness. Overall, a decent but unremarkaable NEIPA.
