Hopped generously with Mosaic, Strata, Simcoe, and Rakau hops. This incredibly refreshing IPA boasts notes of citrus, passionfruit, stone fruit and is juicy and crushable to say the least!

12 ounce can poured into a tall stemmed IPA glass.
Very light lemon yellow color, cloudy. Fluffy 2F white cap that drops quickly but holds the film. Random spray lacing.
Mosaic hops lead the aroma; blue and strawberry along with apricot and passion fruit.
Citrus hits the flavor profile gently along with the aroma mix on top of a light malt base.
Light body, no bitterness, unsweetened fruit juice blend.
Easy drinker on a warm sunny afternoon.

Maybe I got a outlier. My can was over carbonated, oddly watery body for an IPA, and had a strange hop profile and a slightly unpleasant fruity note. I guess as a session IPA its ok but once you are above 5% I kind of think compromises in body, mouthfeel, flavor and flavor become less necessary.

Can into pint glass. Pours a light gold, slightly hazy. Initial impression is clean citrus. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing. Finish fades to a slightly sweet citrus. Kind of one-dimensional.

Notes via stream of consciousness: It's surprisingly light in color, and very hazy. It's a straw gold beneath a head of bright white. In the nose I'm finding some hop resins and a generic kind of fruitiness. It's dank. On to the taste... I'm getting a lot more in terms of hops here but the malt is limited. I'm guessing it's 2-row, oats, and some wheat but it's rather thin tasting. On the hop side I'm getting resins, pine, berries, herbs, and a little bit of bubblegum. It's citrusy but not particularly clear on any fruit but if I had to go with one or two I'd say grapefruit and lime. There's some apricot and nectarine there as well. How strong is this? Yeah, it's just 5.1% which makes it a session IPA and explains the lack of malt both in flavor and body. That also explains why the hops are kind of foggy; with a little more malt behind them I think they'd be clearer. Realizing that it's a session IPA changes my perception of it though, and I'm happier with it now. As a beer for outdoor activities I'd go for it.
