Brewed with fluffy oats and rich dark malts. This stout boasts toasty notes of dark cacao nibs, coffee and hints of umami…giving depth to its profile and drinking experience.

Had on tap at Boxcar 40. Started as a nicely creamy head /black body pour. Started a bit brisk/bristly on tongue yet still medium body/smooth overall. Carb seemed hard but oats definitely helping it a lot.
Nose had chocolate and coffee. Taste was great. A nice coffee stout with complexities of rich malts and cacao. Really tasty. Body settled a bit but still a bit carb “raw” during drink.
Overall my first impression was a tasty stout, relatively smooth but too much carb bite. As beer settled and warmed it still was a bit too bitey on tongue, but was a really tasty stout. Really liked flavors!
