Double Dry Hopped IPA
In our 6IX IPA, the hops do the heavy lifting. Multiple Kettle hop additions are followed by two separate dry hop regimens, packing 6 lb’s of hops into each barrel produced.

This is what an IPA should be. From the second you crack open the can and the aroma hits you, you know this is a hop lovers hop bomb. If you're not a fan of hoppy beers, walk away from this one. But for the true hop head, this is your beer. And at only 6% alcohol you can crush several without being knocked on your ass. Here's to a blast of hops upside the head!! Cheers.

1L howler from Sherbrooke Liquor store. The name here still befuddles me - the only thing that makes any lick of sense is if the '6' is supposed to be an 'S'.
This beer pours a clear, medium golden yellow colour, with three fingers of puffy, rocky, and chunky off-white head, which leaves a broad spectrum of broken web lace around the glass as it evenly sinks out of sight.
It smells of mildly dank pine resin, gritty and grainy pale malt, muddled tropical fruit, a hint of stewed green veggies, and further earthy, musty, and floral hop bitters. The taste is grainy and crackery caramel malt, some berry-forward exotic fruitiness, edgy orange and white grapefruit zest, a wet minerality, and more testy leafy, weedy, and piney green hoppiness.
The carbonation is adequate in its palate-supporting frothiness, the body a decent middleweight, and mostly smooth, as all those hop bitters take a minor toll on my somewhat fatigued tongue here. It finishes trending dry, the pine-heavy hops really dominating the lingering arena.
Overall - this is certainly one heady, hopped-up affair, a smack to the head of lupulin, if you will. Kind of like sucking on some forest floor detritus, after doing a shot of vodka, but it somehow all works in the end - if you're a hop-head, that is (who has two thumbs and...).

Dated Oct 22, 2017. Presumably a best before, which is seriously optimistic.
A ton of floaties, I expected a can to pour clear?
Hoppy aroma, but some underlying vegetal notes.
There are some hops in the flavour, but it tastes like cabbage. Modest bitterness let's some sweetness come through.
Bad, I can't drink this.
