Phillips Brewing 'Brutus' @ 9.2% , a Double Brut IPA served from a squealer
A-pour is a light gold from the squealer to glass with a small white head leaving a minimal lace ring along the tulip
S-citrus
T-the champagne yeast gives the beer a bubbly feel with a dry finish
MF-ok carbonation , feels big bodied
Ov-was on tap at the Phillips growler station so I gave it a try along with a can of 'Brut Force'
