Fresh cascade and centennial hops are lifted in bubbles and delicate aromas from a champagne yeast fermentation. Super dry and bright with a fragrant hoppy aroma. Follow your nose!

Poured from a 473ml can. Brut Lupe is fermented with champagne yeast and brewed with fresh cascade and centennial hops.
A: Pours a clear light straw gold with a thick white head.
S: Mild dank hops with some mild bread notes.
T: A thin crisp clean IPA with mild hops.
F: Light body lots of carbonation. Dry finish.
O: I would not call this one a fresh hopped IPA, just a hint of hops but easy drinking.

Phillips Brewing 'Brut Lupe' @ 7.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is light gold from the can to a pale gold in the glass with a small white head , which is quickly dissipating leaving a minimal lace ring along the Spiegelau
S-champagne yeast
T-crisp & clean , such a dry finish
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-didn't get a fresh hop , muted by the brut perhaps
