Last of the four after Moutere, Centennial, and Mosaic single hop IPAs.
Pours a bright slightly hazy copper/bronze with 3 fingers of foamy cream topped off white head.
Bready malts and earthy hops on the nose with notes of mango, over ripe melon, grapefruit and pine - almost a hint of floral and tea.
Tastes of grainy malts, plenty of earthy and piney hops, grapefruit/ grapefruit peel, slightly tropical and again notes of tea. Sweet but the resinous bitterness of the centennial single hop pushes out, but without being overpowering.
Medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation - nice bittersweet finish with lingering resinous piney earthy bitterness.
