To celebrate our 20 years, we wanted to infuse flavours from all the different aspects of the brewery. Hints of vanilla and sherry from our Small Talk whiskey and bourbon barrels; rich malt flavours from our locally grown house made pale and toasted malt, some of our favourite hops that have been with us the whole way - cascade and centennial, and then finished by can conditioning for an elegant bubble. Thank you for your support for all these years!

A very nice ale the barrel aging really took took this beer to a new level.

Rich clear copper/amber pour with two fingers of tawny caramel coloured head - very inviting.
Initial aroma of the head seemed a bit green apple like, but this faded quickly leaving notes of the bourbon barrel with caramel, toffee, vanilla underneath.
Sweet (though not overly) malty - toffee, brown sugar, boozy vanilla and a good note of the bourbon barrel, slightly oaky, caramel.
Richly malty full mouthfeel with a wonderful sweet caramely boozy warmth. Kept looking at the can, wondering how is this only 5.5% - what sorcery is this. Absolutely wonderful beer.
