Kick off your Pink Boots and frolic in the grass with this hazy and hoppy session ale, brewed with apricot, pink peppercorn, Norwegian Kveik yeast, and the 7th annual Pink Boots custom hop blend. All the femmes and thems of Phillips Brewery came to the table to conceive, plan and brew this refreshing table beer. Notes of citrus, stone fruit, wood, and herbs; these are a few of our favorite things. Do re me fa so enjoy this limited release while you can! A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer goes to the Pink Boots Society to assist, inspire, and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/ alcoholic beverage industry profession through education. A-pour is a light gold from the can to a hazy gold in the glass with a medium size white head , leaving a spotty lace along the tulip
S-Norwegian Kveik yeast
T-slight sweet fruit start , some spicy-ness in the middle and thru to the swallow
MF-ok carbonation , medium body
Ov-again not sure what a Table beer is other than light , also is the Pink Boots collab brew
