Poured from a tallboy into a snifter, the beer is a hazy, light pink coloring, with a few legs of steady carbonation and only sparse surface coatings of head. Aromas of watermelon sweetness and rind, subtle sour notes, and hints of earth. Flavors are tart and sweet watermelon forward, like pure watermelon juices, with a subtle salty kick, moderate sour highlights, and a briney and watermelon rind character at the end of the palate. Crisp, light bodied, and effervesced, with a sour and salty blend in the aftertaste, alongside the watermelon character. Crisp, slightly puckering finish, with a salty and tart linger. Good, crisp, refreshing summer beer.
