Dark, caramel color with no head. Nose of apples, berries, caramel, booze, and bourbon. Very fruity sweet. Flavors are heavy apple and berry, with a solid boozy kick. Smooth, slick bodied, with a tart and sweet aftertaste, with woody and bourbon highlights. Dry, slick, cloying finish. Very good.

A dry hopped Belgian Dubbel blended with a raspberry Belgian wit in second use bourbon barrels. One of the best and most complex offerings I have had from HWP
