Very cloudy orange--dirty gold color. Minor streaky lace from a minimalist head.
Tart fruit aroma, almost like cooking oranges. Certainly not a typical Tripel smell but still attractive.
Very tart, like a Lambic. Chewy body with a low level of carbonation. Relatively mild start but the swallow is all sourness. Lip puckering finish with a long sour aftertaste.
