"Hardywood Cuvée Peach is artfully blended by our barrel master from small batches of Peach Tripel aged in white wine barrels, at varying levels of maturation, from three months to more than a year. The resulting beer is beautifully complex with yeast-derived stone fruit esters that harmonize with juicy peach undertones. This sparkling refresher offers a pleasantly dry finish with the slightest hint of vanilla from the toasted French Oak barrels.

On-tap at Hardwood Park Craft Brewery, Richmond, VA
A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and poured with a narrow white collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of peach fuzz are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of peach fuzz and canned peaches with hints of white wine from the barrel aging.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very peachy for a triple and all you get from the peaches—you don't get any of the candi sugar or alcohol that is normally associated with beers in this style. As such, I found this beer to be very drinkable.

A: a beautiful bright golden color, with some opaqueness and a nice bit of white head that collapsed in my glass pretty quick
S: subtle esters. Faint unripened peach. A little biscuit
T: a little sharpness to it with bright gruit flavors. I can believe peach is there but it is not front and center. It rounds out the alcohol nicely which leaves a touch of bitterness at the end that doesn't last long. Definitely starts sweeter/tarter and ends more bitter and dry.
M: on the full side of medium body
O: overall it's solid beer, especially for the summer time and special occasions. It's a really bright tripel and there's lot to like!

Pours a hazy peachy golden orange, with a 1 1/2 finger whitish head that dissipates rapidly leaving a ring around the glass and a film on the surface. Minimal lacing.
Aroma of tart peach cider, lemon, and oak with a bit of vanilla.
Taste is tart yet subtly sweet. More lemon than peach upfront, but the peach shows up in the aftertaste. Light woody oak with hints of vanilla.
Medium+ in body. Rather highly carbonated, especially early on. Becoming somewhat syrupy and drying with good retention.
I was disappointed at first. I've had so many tart beers this year, but this was one of the best.
