With 2.0, we tweaked recipe, softening the bitterness to set the stage for all that JUICE-NESS
Hardywood Tropication is a definitive liquid recess. Heaps of Mosaic and Nelson Savin hops send a wave of tropical fruit aromatics that burst on the palate with notes of passion fruit, lychee, mango, pineapple and lime. Smooth, bright and super juicy, Tropication is an exotic escape from the daily grind.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Hardywood Park - West Creek, poured into a pint glass. Had a golden yellow color and a somewhat hazy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Good lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of hops, citrus, malt, tropical fruit, and a floral quality.
T: Tasted of a small amount of a sweet, floral quality, a hint of malt (not very present), a good shot of hops, some citrus (lime, especially), and lots of tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit, pineapple). A juicy, sweet, and completely likable flavor. Not overly hoppy or tart - it strikes a good balance. Pretty tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a slightly slick finish. Light-bodied.
O: A thoroughly enjoyable IPA. If you like fruit-centric IPAs, check this one out.
