Pours a very dark brown with a thin tan ring of head that left no lacing. Smells of gingerbread, spices and booze. Tastes of gingerbread, oak, vanilla, spices. dark fruits, molasses, caramel, bourbon, honey, brandy and just a hint of chocolate. A bit on the light side of full bodied, minimal carbonation, slightly dry finish.

Black with very little head. Boozy bouquet with a hint of ginger. Booze bomb and would make a good selection for aging. Sweet honey plays nice with the ginger, but the bourbon vanilla and brandy crash the party. Some chocolate notes. Gingersnap flavor lingers along with the booze. For something with an ABV above 12%, this is a touch thin body-wise. Good but aggressive and not for the timid.
