Super dark brown pour. Minimal head. Booze and barrel in the nose. Slick and chewy mouthfeel. Bourbon is present with hints of dark fruit and dark chocolate. Smooth. I think it was wise to hold onto it for a few months as the barrel flavor is strong with this one. Would probably withstand some serious aging. Nice on a winter eve.
