L: Poured from a tallboy can to a pint glass. Had a burnt orange color and a cloudy, orange juice-like consistency. There was a thin, foamy head that quickly dissipated. Not a whole lot of lacing to speak of.
S: A decent, but not spectacular aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish; not a huge factor), a lot of hops (almost overdone; quite bitter), a good shot of citrus fruit (orange, in particular), and a little tropical fruit mango, especially). This is an okay flavor, but it's a bit unbalanced. There needed to be a better balance between bitterness and sweetness.
F: A below average amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Definitely an uneven beer, but it has its bright spots. Worth a try.
