Let's be real... We like IPA because of the bite and overall taste. Not to mention the ABV is typically higher than lagers and such. Honestely, I liked it. It's more of a dessert beer. Would go great with a piece of cake or a fruit sald at dinner. It's not something I would buy as a regular but for a special occasion and with dessert? Absolutely.
The look and feel is good and it's beyond smooth. There's really no IPA kick to it at all. You would have no idea this was 9,5% ABV!

A: medium amber, slightly hazy, with a white head.
S; fruity. Almost cloyingly so. Cherry, very, and bright fruit. Almost a river cooler feel here.
T: flavor follows suit. Bright Betty and tropical fruit flavors. Peach stands out. Very sweet.
M: meeting light, and dry, with higher carbonation.
O: overall the sweetness is almost overpowering, just shy of being too much. I like it, but don't know if I could go back to back with it.

Not a good NEIPA!!! As a previous reviewer noted, it tastes very sweet like candy orange slices. Not the best profile for an IPA. I poured this beer from a 12oz. can into a pint glass. It featured a hazy gold color with a medium sized foamy head. Head retention was about average and there was plenty of foamy lacing on the glass. Aroma and flavor included a lot of pineapple juice and orange. This beer is quite sweet and the fruit flavor completely overwhelms the somewhat moderate bitterness. My major complaint with NEIPAs is blandness. Not an issue here!!! There is too much fruit flavor in this beer Mouthfeel suffers from the sweetness. An ideal IPA is crisp, moderately rich and bitter. This beer is smooth and too sweet. I wouldn't drink this one again. Not a drain pour, but certainly not the kind of IPA I would seek out.

This is a review of a can that is "19.2 FL OZ" (as indicated by the label)
From the bottom of the can: "PARTY IN THE BACK 1/13/23 11:58"
Appearance: The body of the beer is a medium shade of gold with a bit of dull copper color. It has some suspended solids of various sizes. The head is short and white with a somewhat creamy texture. Not much head retention and very little lacing.
Aroma: It smells a lot like a fruit cup. There is a strong mandarin orange aroma with notes of valencia orange and ruby red grapefruit. At times it smelled like there might be a bit of peach on the nose too, but whenever the orange or grapefruit scents came into play they kicked the peach aroma out.
Taste: Up front there is a candied orange flavor that tastes very sweet. It tastes a lot like gummy orange slices. The middle of the palate reins in some of the sweetness and it has a bit more of an orange peel flavor rather than orange candy. Towards the back of the mouth it picks up a touch of grapefruit and a little bit of blood orange flavor but without the blood orange bitterness. It finishes with a lingering sweetness on the tongue which is like the aftertaste of eating a gummy orange slice. There is also just a light bit of gummy peach flavor in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: It is a very sweet-forward beer which gives the impression of eating gummies. There is a very, very, very mild citrus bitterness but it does nothing to counteract the sweetness of the beer. It is medium-light bodied with a touch of slickness but it is pretty easy to drink.
Overall: It is a bit of a niche beer because it has a lot of candy-like sweetness to it that won't fit every situation. The can states that this is a "DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE WITH NATURAL FLAVORS 9.0% ALC BY VOL" and the natural flavors are definitely obvious on this beer. It does a surprisingly good job of hiding the ABV which is nice. This doesn't really taste much like a beer but rather it tastes more like a mixed beverage. This sweetness of this beer would lend itself well at a party, at the beach, or at a lake. I probably wouldn't buy it again but if I were going to relax by the water I might toss a couple cans of this in to mix things up. I would recommend trying it if you have a sweet tooth.

19.2 ounce can poured into a standard glass.
A-minimal head, no retention, decent lacing, thin golden color.
S-Well, it says juicy on the can and it lives up to it. Tangerine and oranges, a little bit of lemon
T- Huge notes of orange and tangerine, a LOT of grapefruit, clementine, some buttery malt character in the finish. It’s good, and unlike anything I’ve had before. The 9.0 percent ABV is completely hidden so be cautious
M- medium well body, nicely carbonated
O- I’ve had a couple beers labeled as juicy and you can tell the juiciness is derived from the hops as it still retains a strong hop profile. This one tastes like a fermented orange and tangerine juice mix. It’s good, and it may be my newness to the juicy craze but it’s unique to what I have tasted
