A: A red amber in color, clear, with am impressive tan head.

S: Bready, bright, and lamlty. Almost has a bit of a Bock aroma to it.

T: Malt with biscuit notes, and floral hops with a hint of brown sugar.

M:Medium body, oderate carbonation, and a slight tannic cling in the finish.

O: Overall for a style that I traditionally don't really love, I think they knocked it out of the park with this one. I really enjoyed having it last year at the brewery.. I tried a sip and was surprised. Glad I picked up a pack this year to review. Fine work.

Clear, deep amber, bordering on reddish brown There's a light tan head that fades quickly. minimal lace
Aroma is of malt. Biscuit, and a hint of apricot.
Caramel, biscuit, some yellow stone fruit.
Medium boded, could use more carbonation.
This is not a beer to have at home. This is a beer to have at a bar when you're having a few and chatting with the guy next to you. That being said, there are better beers for that situation.

This is a review of a 16oz can.
From the bottom of the can: "LUCK OF THE IRISH 1/8/25 10:11"

Appearance: The body is a medium shade of brown with a bit of a mahogany to it. It is dark but it still has observable clarity. It starts out with a very large fluffy head that is tan with a bit of a tobacco-stained yellow tint to it. It fades out very slowly to a medium-sized fluffy cap. No lacing.

Aroma: It has an aroma of some dates, figs, a bit of raisin, a light bit of prune, and some brown sugar. It has a light bit of toffee and caramel scent.

Taste: Up front there is a light bit of coffee and toffee with a bit of caramelized bread crust. The flavors are good but they taper sharply in the middle. Slightly nutty finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body with a light dryness at the end and a hint of astringency. Slight bitter roasted grain finish.

Overall: As a whole it was pretty enjoyable. The aromas are fantastic and the flavors are nice. The flavor tapers off a lot towards the middle giving it a bit of a watered down character but the flavors start off really nice. As a whole it's probably not a beer I'm likely to buy again unless I'm at a brewpub or sandwich place and it looks better than the other options. I would recommend at least trying a glass of it because it is enjoyable enough for at least one beer.
