Very thin head on a copper body with golden hue body and scattered lacing. Sweet dark fruit aromas with strawberry, plum and sour cherry. Also a note of milk chocolate and molasses. Flavors of raisin and plum for dark fruit, Belgian yeast, caramel malt base, candy sugar, molasses, dark breads and wood. Medium to full body and light to moderate carbonation, nicely smooth. I like quads that are complex without being too sweet and this one fits that description.
