pint served on-tap at Carney's Pub in Bryan, TX

L: pale gold, served with a small head, maybe 1/4-inch; no stick or lace
S: bacon ... might be from smells from the grill; big citrusy hops in there, grapefruit-style
T: grapefruit, and big big hops ... at times, piney, but always hops; malt has no shot here
F: silky smooth with little carbonation; might be because of pour (the beers were coming out all foam all night, and the poor bartender had to work quite a bit to make a decent pint)
O: LOVE getting a chance finally to distinguish what these citra hops are ... so kudos to Karbach for giving us Texans a single fresh-hop ale.
