It allegedly pairs well with fish. It is blue moonish. Not bad but a but a bit bland.
Look: yellow with a thick white head
Aroma: wheat, some yeast
Taste: There's wheat, yeast, not a whole lot of flavor.

Soft wheat base. A hint of lemon but not much. Coriander isn't strong here. 2-row pale malt.
