Flavor: On the 8th Day of IPAs, we take a new exploration into experimental hop HBC 472. This Hazy IPA is bursting with aromas of a flowery bouquet and tropical fruits. Consistent with Hazy IPAs, this beer lets the hop shine without the expected American IPA bitterness.

Poured from bottle into glass, good 2 finger cream colored head, good retention and beautiful lacing. Pale hazy yellow in the glass. Coconut, citrus and vanilla on the nose, some ripe fruit comes in when swirled. Taste follows the nose, coconut immediately on the palate, an orange Julius (orange & vanilla) quickly follows. Finishes dry with residual coconut on the palate which is nice.
