Flavor: On the 11th Day of IPAs, this Imperial Hazy IPA is packed with sweet notes of banana and coconut. Day 11 leaves you with a creamy mouthfeel while also balancing the hoppiness of a high ABV beer.

Poured from bottle into tulip, nice 2 finger cream colored head, good retention and lacing. Bright hazy golden in the glass. Big coconut on the nose. Unfortunately, the description matches what Karbach was going for, coconut and banana. Luckily the coconut is more prevalent and the banana comes across as creamy. Notes of citrus and other tropical fruits are lingering in the background. Finishes with a good bitterness, and there is coconut and banana left on the palate. You get used to it after a while and it isn't as weird as it sounds
