Pours a nice, apricot shade of orange with a light one-finger head. Not much lace. The nose is citrusy but also heavy with notes of banana and some pine. I like the nose a lot. The taste is okay, but just okay. Light, fruity, mildly bitter, but with a dull (yet forward) aftertaste that, unfortunately, assumes too much responsibility for the overall experience. Mouthfeel is slick and thin. On the whole, not a bad beer, but not something I'll return to in the future.

Limited-Edition 'Hoplectic' was canned ??? but expires(BB)070125 and poured a more juicy than hazy, with a good 1 inch white head, an orange/pineapple color. Aroma is inviting and really fabulous. Glorious citrus hops that closely follows the nose but with a hint a pine and malt. A flavorful blend. Not really dry enough for a WC profile. But overall Hoplectic is a welcome addition to what's available here. I will get back to Albertson's and get some more ...GOOD!!!

Clear gold pour, healthy just off white head. Nose is melon and restrained malt. Taste shows slightly unripe honeydew, some citrus bitterness, light kilned malt, some floral, oily mouthfeel. Finish is citrus rind bitterness with a touch of length.
