Poured from a 12oz bottle into a can style can.
Look is a hazy orange amber with a big bubble head that dissipates quickly.
Aroma is biscuit malt with a light sweet orange malt like an orange candy.
Taste is a lot more balanced than I thought, not overwhelmingly malty like the aroma. Ending is actually pretty bitter. The body is a little thin though.

12oz brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
A stunning brew with its clear amber hue and off-white froth on top. Balance shows in both the nose and on the palate with a sturdy malt backbone of toasted bread with hints of caramel, the hops drop ample bitterness and a mix of citrus rind and pine. Quick kiss of alcohol shows some fruitiness, clean with some malt and hops lingering in the aftertaste. A step ahead of the rest of the pack, worth a try.

Deep reddish color bordering on orange. Has some citrus and stonefruit on the nose. Taste is exceptionally balanced with a very clean finish. Hops are present but the malt and hop profile are complimentary. Almost a creamy mouthfeel.
This is a great balanced pale ale!

Served in can glass at Flynn's in Mansfield
Look: Old school english coloring. Caramel hue with some unfiltered haze.
Smell: Some caramel aroma but a bright citrus hop dominates the nose. Some piney notes but a lot of grapefruit and orange.
Taste: Very bright citrus hop profile. Almost has an Orange Juice characteristic. The grain bill definitely gives a sweeter backbone to this pale ale too.
Feel: A little light. It's an unfiltered Pale Ale, but not quite as creamy a body as some of the brews coming out New England now.
Overall: A terrific pale ale. Almost like an England meets the West Coast. The sweet malt holds up against the citrus hop.

Old school tasting example of a pale, some crystal/bready malts to give it some OJ/old school SNPA kind of coloring. Bitter, not very aromatic, clean with not a ton of hop flavor. Feels like a solidly constructed beer, but something more akin to 2005 than now.

Bottle from Colonial Spirits
Slightly hazy deep copper color with a decent sized bubbly off white head that persists. Big caramel maltiness with some light citrus to counter. Light mineral water and earthiness round this out. Solid old school pale ale.
