Poured from a brown 11.2 oz. bottle. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus, malts. Taste is a bit unusual. It has malts and citrus, but definitely a good bit of sake like flavors as well. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall it's like sake meets Blue Moon.

This is a great beer with lots of complexity but also with a flavor that is mild and easy to drink by itself or pair with food. There are notes of rice that resemble sake and a nice sweetness that makes you want to have another gulp.
