Not much to look at. Apple juice gold, very short head, not much else. Very tart wheat on the nose. Super sharp on the palate with strong lemon flavour and noticeable carbonation. Did I say sharp? Lingering lemon. Gonna have to try it with some fruit syrup to see what that does for it, because otherwise it's just one note.

Burnished gold, lemon body with chill haze; vigorously bubbly, building an airy white head with good retention.
Light and fruity aroma - grapefruit, lemon zest - sour but with a touch of fresh sweetness.
Blast of tart fruit on the palate, of orange, tangerine, grapefruit, lime - - take your pick. Bracingly sour. Light body and fine effervescence, like champagne. Super dry finish, long and tingling. Refreshing and bright. Sense of lacto sourness and barest hint of funk.
Haven't had many Berliner's, but seems spot on for the style, bright and refreshing, light, with a complex sourness. Try with cobb salad, or lemon pepper chicken.

473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. Canned June 11, 2018. Cost was about $3.25.
Appearance - hazy pale golden color with a finger and a half of rapidly diminishing white head. Quite a bit of sticky lacing left behind.
Smell - some lemon tartness and a subtle wheat like sweetness. Otherwise not a lot else.
Taste - quite tart, quite lemony, with a touch of creamy sweetness at the end. Flavor is a little thin and doesn't last that long.
Mouthfeel - body is light with some creamy depth to it, carbonation is moderate and finish just kind of fades away.
Overall - this isn't a style I particularly enjoy, but have found some of the flavoured Berliners more up my alley. This just kinda fades off for me and doesn't leave a lasting impression. Will have to pass in the future, but this makes one of a number of new entries in this style which is certainly good to see in this market.

Pours hazy straw with a clingy dish soap head the musters up plenty of lace. Lemon tartness and a bit of crackery malt in the aroma. Lactic sourness up front in the taste, some lemon and grapefruit peel in there. White wine acidity. A very light bready pale maltiness balances out the sourness. The mouthfeel is light bodied with prickly, light carbonation. Light tartness in the super dry finish.
A great Berliner Weiss. Easy to drink and sufficiently tart. Worth a try.

Pale straw, almost like a white with a thinish light head. Aromas of peach. Peach continues in the mouth that is matched by a wonderful tartness. The fruit outlasts the tart as the last impression for both tongue and mind.
