On tap@Arabella park - taps a murky unfiltered gold-orange with a 1 finger cap. Aroma is musty-woodsy with big citrus and malt tones. Big bodied but mellow and rounded, fresh juicy hops with an earthy-citrus note stack up in balance with fresh bready malting - long wet lightly bitter finish. Very flavorful and satisfying. From the Brewer's site>>>>>>>>> "the Sawdust City brew team travelled to Clear Valley Hop Farm in Nottawa, Ontario Through the early hours we helped with the harvest of their Plantation #1, Row #27 Chinook hops. By 11am, 140 lbs of hops were picked and bagged. We then travelled 115 km back to the brewery and by 1pm the hops were in the brew kettle. This Wet Hop pale ale is the result. Crafted with a nice, bready malt bill to balance the loads of fresh, aromatic, whole cone hops bursting with notes of bright citrus fruit.
