Solid cloudiness of a yellowish pink hue, topped with a finger of white head. Very New England style IPA.
Smells of strawberries and grassy, piney hops. Citrus and lemon, and a big dank quality as well like garlic and onions.
Tastes slightly sweet with big dank garlic and onions, strawberry, pine and lemon juice. The strawberries come in on the finish.
Medium, somewhat pulpy body with moderate carbonation, slightly acidic, with a dry finish.
Got this yesterday at the Brewery in Gravenhurst, drinking today on the Lake in Muskoka, Dec 20th, 2017. Really interesting brew with an amazing can.
