Straw with a light cloudiness, little carbonation and 5 fingers of rocky, white head.
Smells of pineapple jam, gravel, slight burnt rubber, gueuze like qualities, and a citrus quality.
Tastes very sour and gueuze like, with pinecone, sour pineapple and gravel.
Light body, bone dry, with little carbonation.
Really good session ale, with Belgian Gueuze qualities and hints of American style hops. Got at the brewer a month ago, drinking nearby in Muskoka, April 14th, 2018.
