Collaboration with Bomber Brewing
A throwback brew, this rich brown ale will bring you back to the craft beers you fell in love with years ago. Big malt backbone with lots of roasted and caramel malts. But behind those malts is a wallop of North American hops with an assertive bitterness. Dank and resinous hops through the middle with a decidedly old school citrus character, this ale will remind you of the past. It all comes to a finish with a touch of earthy, woody American oak to round out the flavour.

I quite liked this one. Pours out a medium dark brown, not too thick, with a nice lasting brownish head. The taste is a good balance of bitternes (IBU 58) complemented by the malt and a hint of oak. Quite surprising, a bit different, and quite enjoyable.
